Jaafari announced the news, adding that 159 companies have so far
applied in Nano Scale Station of Tech-Market Services Corridor.
Among the products of the said companies, 225 products have requested to
acquire Nano Scale Certificate in order to receive supports from
Tech-Market Services Corridor, he stated, stressing, “During the
evaluation process in Nano Scale Station, 65 products out of the 225
applied products could obtain Nano Scale Certificate.”
“After acquiring the certificate, the companies and their products enter
the next stations in Tech-Market Services Corridor, in which they will
receive various technology development services, and they will move
towards the commercialization of their products,” Jaafari underlined.
As the first station of Tech-Market Services Corridor, Nano Scale
Station is in charge of evaluating and identifying the scale of
materials and products that are produced by different companies. In case
the scale of materials is evaluated to be nanometric, the industrial
product will acquire Nano Scale Certificate.
The Tech-Market Services Corridor is an institute established by Iran
Nanotechnology Initiative Council in order to discover, organize and
complete the missing steps in the field of nanotechnology
commercialization. Consisted of 16 stations, the Corridor provides
technology development services required by knowledge-based companies in
a bid to facilitate the commercialization process.
